If anyone has any corrections, tips, or thoughts on how to better write this pattern, please leave me a comment!

Skill Level: Easy

Project Time: It took me 1 hour 15 minutes to do 1 bootie. So about 2.5 – 3 hours.

Materials:
4.00mm (G) Crochet Hook

Size:
Fits 4” sole and 5 ½ “ ankle

Stitches and Abbreviations Used:
Ch – Chain
DC – Double Crochet
Slst – Slip Stitch
DC FP – Double Crochet in Front Post (for this pattern FP is inside the ankle)
DC BP – Double Crochet in Back Post (for this pattern BP is outside the ankle)
Tog – Together
Rnd – Round

To make smaller or larger always Ch the number of DC you want to do and add 2 Ch (example: this pattern uses 39 DC you Ch 41).

Ch 41
Row 1: DC in 4th Ch from hook. 1 DC in each Ch to end (39 DC). Ch 3 and turn.

-Ankle-

  4. I've become very frustrated, searching high and low for an easy baby bootie pattern.

Your's looks very easy so I'm going to give it a try.

I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks so much for sharing it. :)

  5. KBliss, Im so glad you are going to try my pattern. I received some feedback from my sister... make sure when you fold the bootie part in half to close it that you put your starting chain on the bottom of the bootie... she also said to make the whole wider because when she put these on her 1 year old (they were large enough to fit! lol) that the ankle was a bit snog, I need to rework the pattern a bit... I just have a couple scarf projects to finish before I can rework it. But let me know how it turns out! I would love to see pictures.
